Galway WFC open their first campaign in the Bus Eireann Women's National League in less than two weeks when they host Wexford Youths at Eamonn Deacy Park.

A newly-formed senior soccer club, Galway WFC, is issuing a call to the Galway business community to support bringing Women’s National League football to Galway this September.

The senior men’s team is Damien Glacken, Brendan Harrison, Gerry Corley and John Byrne, while the o-50 side consists of Brian Cusack, John Timothy, Jimmy Feeney, Billy Gallagher, Owen Mongan, Chris O’Connell and Tom Hunt.
